HOW TO ACCESS 3D MODELING

To access 3D modeling first open autocad set-up by

left click on it through mouse. Now you change the workspace

switching drafting&annotation to 3D modeling by mouse left

button clicking on workspace switching.

in very short time . This command is more attractive and

fast command as compare to other commands in autocad 3D.

Extrude command in autocad 3d is main command for

proffesional to complete their 3D solid object. This tool in

autocad 3d you easily found it by their icon shows on

modeling panel. This is the greatest and mostly used tool

for 3D solid objects . Extrude command is very popular

sketch in 3D modeling there is option appear in command

area when you type the short key of extrude (EXT) .

Then a instructions appear in command area select object

or MODE. If you click on mode then two more option

appear 1. solid 2. surface now its depending on you create

a solid object or a surface creation. This surface thickness

is only apply on closed surface by mode option otherwise

this is done in open curves. This is the great advantage of

extrude command in autocad 3D. This option makes our

work more faster and easier. This command is very

awesome command in autocad 3D. Extrude command is

very famous command in autocad 3D their mode options

is very unique in autocad 3D. In autocad 3D there are

many solids type but extrude is very popular and famous

among them. This is very important solid type in autocad

3D. You can also find this tool from solid tab and from

home tab .And the most important point in extrude

command to remember that the surface creation option

in extrusion. And one point you should always remember

that this option only appear when you type the short key

of extrude (EXT) in command area. Extrude command is

To use extrude command in autocad first type in

command area (3DO) and your ucsicon axis changed into

three axis x, y, and z . The (z ) axis represent the extrusion

direction in working area. Their direction is very important

for extrusion . To set the desired direction of z axis. Type

(3DO) in command area and drag the mouse smoothly by

pressing and hold the mouse left button.All axis color

changed from white to (X) Axis appear with (Red) color

(Y) Axis appear with (Green) color and Z Axis appear with

(Blue) color. In autocad 2D there is only two axis x and y.

But in autocad 3D there is more than two axis x, y and z

axis. Some autocad 3d users also called as z direction as

extrusion direction.
